項(xiàng)目概況
該項(xiàng)目以河卵石為原料，設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能每小時(shí)500噸。生產(chǎn)線配置包括振動(dòng)給料機(jī)、高能顎破、多缸液壓圓錐破、5X制砂機(jī)等核心設(shè)備，形成完整的破碎篩分系統(tǒng)。其中5X1145制砂機(jī)采用深腔型轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)，兼具破碎與整形雙重功能，成品砂粒形圓潤(rùn)，級(jí)配優(yōu)良。
核心技術(shù)
制砂環(huán)節(jié)采用黎明重工5X系列好的制砂機(jī)，具有以下顯著特點(diǎn)：
獨(dú)特的"石打石"和"石打鐵"雙破碎原理，通過物料自擊破碎和沖擊破碎相結(jié)合，提高破碎效率；
優(yōu)化的渦流腔設(shè)計(jì)降低了氣流阻力，使物料在破碎腔內(nèi)形成穩(wěn)定的料襯，大幅減少易損件消耗；
配備液壓開蓋裝置，便于維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，檢修停機(jī)時(shí)間縮短40%以上；
采用稀油潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，關(guān)鍵軸承使用壽命顯著延長(zhǎng)。
工藝流程
原料經(jīng)過初級(jí)篩分后，大塊物料進(jìn)入高能顎破進(jìn)行粗碎，中等粒度物料通過圓錐破精細(xì)破碎，符合要求的物料進(jìn)入5X制砂機(jī)整形。制砂環(huán)節(jié)采用閉路循環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)，不合格物料返回再次破碎，確保成品質(zhì)量。最終產(chǎn)出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四個(gè)規(guī)格成品。
