一、項(xiàng)目背景與區(qū)域優(yōu)勢
德興市擁有"金山、銅都、銀城"的美譽(yù)，是典型的礦產(chǎn)資源型城市。近年來，市政府在大力發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)金屬礦產(chǎn)的同時，積極推進(jìn)非金屬礦產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。大安山礦區(qū)已探明花崗巖儲量3億立方米，綜合開發(fā)利用價值超過3000億元；黃柏、萬村兩地的碳酸鈣資源儲量達(dá)到3.46億噸，開發(fā)價值逾200億元。依托這些更好的礦產(chǎn)資源優(yōu)勢，本項(xiàng)目致力于建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化的智能化精品機(jī)制砂生產(chǎn)基地。
二、項(xiàng)目概況與產(chǎn)業(yè)定位
本項(xiàng)目位于德興市龍頭山鄉(xiāng)大安山區(qū)域，總投資1.2億元，設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力為600噸/小時，年產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)機(jī)制砂約200萬噸。采用了國際先進(jìn)的破碎篩分工藝和設(shè)備，主要產(chǎn)品0-5mm水洗機(jī)制砂可廣泛應(yīng)用于市政工程、商品混凝土攪拌站等對建材質(zhì)量要求較高的建設(shè)領(lǐng)域。
德興市現(xiàn)有的10家石材礦山企業(yè)和15家石材加工企業(yè)為本項(xiàng)目提供了豐富的資源優(yōu)勢，同時也是德興市打造"千億產(chǎn)值產(chǎn)業(yè)、年稅收百億元、生態(tài)可持續(xù)百年"的綠色現(xiàn)代化石材循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的重要支撐力量。
三、生產(chǎn)工藝與技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
本項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)線采用"破碎-篩分-制砂-洗選"四段式工藝流程：
粗碎階段選用PE1200×1500顎式破碎機(jī)，處理能力可達(dá)600噸/小時，能夠?qū)?00mm以下的礦石一次性破碎至150mm以內(nèi)。
中細(xì)碎采用HPT多缸液壓圓錐破，通過智能化調(diào)節(jié)排料口控制成品粒徑，確保了產(chǎn)品粒形優(yōu)良。
制砂環(huán)節(jié)配置VSI6X立軸沖擊破設(shè)備，運(yùn)用"石打石"和"石打鐵"相結(jié)合的復(fù)合破碎原理，使成砂率達(dá)50%以上。
篩洗系統(tǒng)包括：
圓振動篩多級篩分系統(tǒng)，確保產(chǎn)品級配精準(zhǔn)
好的輪斗式洗砂機(jī)，保證骨料潔凈度
脫水篩配合壓濾機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)泥水有效分離和水資源循環(huán)利用
四、環(huán)保與智能化特色
本項(xiàng)目嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家綠色礦山建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
采用全封閉式廠房設(shè)計，水資源循環(huán)利用率保持在95%以上，實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)廢水零排放。
配置智能化更好控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時監(jiān)控與分析。
