黑龍江碎石生產(chǎn)線，黑龍江花崗巖破碎機(jī)

黑龍江省哈爾濱賓西鎮(zhèn)2017年建成的花崗巖破碎生產(chǎn)線，采用"顎破+雙圓錐破+多缸破"三級(jí)破碎工藝，實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)產(chǎn)400噸高標(biāo)號(hào)骨料。
二、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)配置
設(shè)備組合：
粗碎：TSW1345給料機(jī)+HJ125顎破（950×1250mm進(jìn)料口）
中碎：雙HST250圓錐破并聯(lián)（單機(jī)315kW）
細(xì)碎：HPT300多缸圓錐破（300t/h處理量）
篩分：2臺(tái)3YZS2460振動(dòng)篩（14.4㎡篩面）
創(chuàng)新工藝：
采用"層壓破碎"技術(shù)，成品針片狀含量＜8%
配置在線激光粒度分析儀實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)控
耐磨件使用Mn18Cr2復(fù)合襯板，壽命達(dá)3800小時(shí)

黑龍江碎石生產(chǎn)線，黑龍江花崗巖破碎機(jī)
地處賓縣西部的賓西鎮(zhèn)是黑龍江哈爾濱的資源城鎮(zhèn)，石灰石、建筑用石儲(chǔ)量近3億立方米，陶粒頁巖、黏土儲(chǔ)量超2億立方米，鉛鋅礦儲(chǔ)量1.5億立方米。2017年改建的破碎生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目，在HJ125顎式破碎機(jī)初破，HST250單缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)中細(xì)碎條件下加裝HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)細(xì)碎，經(jīng)2臺(tái)圓振動(dòng)篩篩分，綜合時(shí)產(chǎn)400噸左右。產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)定，性能優(yōu)異，成品粒型好，故障率低。
賓西鎮(zhèn)是黑龍江省省級(jí)改革試點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn)，它憑借著豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源和優(yōu)越的地理位置，現(xiàn)已成為市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)良好，投資環(huán)境優(yōu)良的快速發(fā)展地區(qū)。該項(xiàng)目于2016年5月投產(chǎn)，客戶是當(dāng)?shù)剌^早使用全套液壓圓錐破的用戶，選擇的正是黎明重工的設(shè)備。
