該項目旨在將水泥廠剝離的低品位石灰石廢石破碎加工成高品質骨料，實現資源最大化利用。生產線由世邦工業科技集團股份有限公司提供核心設備與技術支持，采用HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機+VSI1140制砂機組合工藝，兼具好的破碎與成品優化功能。

四、生產工藝流程
1. 預篩分與緩沖
原料（0-800mm石灰石）經一級振動篩（3YK3070）預先篩分，≤40mm物料直接進入半成品料倉，大塊物料進入緩沖料倉。
2. 中細碎階段
采用3臺HPT300圓錐破碎機，配備獨立振動篩形成閉路循環，確保產能穩定800t/h，成品骨料針片狀含量≤5%。
3. 制砂整形
破碎后≤31.5mm物料進入VSI1140制砂機，通過"石打石"模式優化粒形，成品砂細度模數2.6-3.0。
4. 分級存儲
采用VU模控篩精確分級，產出4種規格成品，并由全封閉鋼倉存儲，避免二次污染。
