云南紅河州制砂生產(chǎn)線,石灰石項(xiàng)目

云南紅河州瀘西縣中樞鎮(zhèn)石灰石破碎制砂生產(chǎn)線，是某混凝土集團(tuán)公司的下屬項(xiàng)目，2017年3月我公司回訪時(shí)，現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)的石灰石骨料呈立方體，粒形好，堆積密度大。主要用于集團(tuán)下屬的攪拌站。這條石灰石破碎制砂生產(chǎn)線采用PEW1100歐版顎式破碎機(jī)、PFW1318歐版三腔反擊式破碎機(jī)破碎，VSI5X8522制砂機(jī)制砂設(shè)計(jì)合理，簡潔布局，生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定，助力當(dāng)?shù)鼗A(chǔ)建設(shè)。
1. 生產(chǎn)效益顯著

經(jīng)第三方檢測，生產(chǎn)的5-10mm、10-20mm等規(guī)格碎石壓碎值≤12%，針片狀含量＜5%；機(jī)制砂細(xì)度模數(shù)穩(wěn)定在2.6-3.0區(qū)間，石粉含量可控在7%-10%之間。這些指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于GB/T14684-2022《建設(shè)用砂》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
