智能給料系統(tǒng)（GF1245重型板式給料機(jī)）
作為生產(chǎn)線的"好的道關(guān)口"，該設(shè)備擁有1200×4500mm的超大進(jìn)料口，配合精密的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)80-400t/h的無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速給料。其特殊的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和耐磨鏈輪配置，確保了在連續(xù)重載工況下的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
好的粗破單元（PE750×1060顎式破碎機(jī)）
配備750×1060mm寬大進(jìn)料口，最大可處理630mm規(guī)格的原始石料，生產(chǎn)能力可達(dá)110-320t/h。創(chuàng)新的楔塊式排料口調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，使得用戶(hù)能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)完成粒度調(diào)整，大幅提升了設(shè)備使用靈活性。

1300mm超大轉(zhuǎn)子和1500mm的粉碎腔長(zhǎng)度帶來(lái)更強(qiáng)的破碎動(dòng)能，860×1520mm進(jìn)料尺寸可輕松處理來(lái)自粗破的物料。優(yōu)化的轉(zhuǎn)子無(wú)鍵連接方案延長(zhǎng)了核心部件的使用壽命，減少了維護(hù)停機(jī)時(shí)間。
精密制砂工藝（VSI9526立軸沖擊破）
采用可切換的石打石與石打鐵雙模式設(shè)計(jì)，最大50mm的進(jìn)料經(jīng)過(guò)精細(xì)破碎后可產(chǎn)出級(jí)配合理的機(jī)制砂。特有的液壓開(kāi)蓋設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)化了日常檢修流程，減少了維護(hù)人員的工作強(qiáng)度。
智能分級(jí)篩分（S5X2460-3圓振動(dòng)篩）
