粉塵治理：全封閉鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房配合脈沖袋式除塵系統(tǒng)，在破碎機(jī)進(jìn)料口、出料口及篩分等12個(gè)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域設(shè)置集塵點(diǎn)，排放濃度穩(wěn)定控制在8mg/m³以內(nèi)。

將傳統(tǒng)"粗放式開(kāi)采"升級(jí)為"精細(xì)化加工"，同等資源量下產(chǎn)品附加值提升40%。特別是通過(guò)調(diào)整CI5X反擊破的板錘間隙，可靈活生產(chǎn)0-5mm機(jī)制砂、10-20mm路用骨料等6種規(guī)格產(chǎn)品，滿足不同客戶需求。
智能升級(jí)路徑
示范了從單機(jī)自動(dòng)化到整線智能化的演進(jìn)方案。安裝于圓振動(dòng)篩上的振動(dòng)傳感器能提前3小時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)軸承故障，維保響應(yīng)時(shí)間縮短至30分鐘，設(shè)備年運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率突破92%。
區(qū)域協(xié)同效應(yīng)
生產(chǎn)線30公里輻射圈內(nèi)覆蓋7個(gè)商混站和2個(gè)高鐵項(xiàng)目，通過(guò)"訂單化生產(chǎn)+智慧物流"模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)從原料到工地的無(wú)縫對(duì)接，運(yùn)輸成本降低18%。
當(dāng)前正在推進(jìn)的二期150萬(wàn)噸機(jī)制砂項(xiàng)目，將引入黎明重工最新研發(fā)的V7干式制砂系統(tǒng)，成品砂細(xì)度模數(shù)可精確控制在2.4-2.8之間，石粉含量智能化調(diào)節(jié)范圍達(dá)5-15%，特別適合特種砂漿生產(chǎn)需求。項(xiàng)目全面建成后，將成為長(zhǎng)江上游重要的綠色建材供應(yīng)基地，每年可減少天然砂開(kāi)采200萬(wàn)立方米，相當(dāng)于保護(hù)3公里長(zhǎng)江河道生態(tài)環(huán)境。

2021年重慶涪陵區(qū)珍溪鎮(zhèn)石灰石碎石制砂生產(chǎn)線的建設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。當(dāng)?shù)厥規(guī)r資源豐富，項(xiàng)目采用黎明重工的C5X顎式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行初破，兩臺(tái)CI5X大型反擊式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行二次破碎，并通過(guò)圓振動(dòng)篩篩分獲得精品骨料。一期項(xiàng)目于2022年4月建成投產(chǎn)，綜合年產(chǎn)600萬(wàn)噸機(jī)制砂及砂石骨料。
