這條大型河卵石碎石制砂生產(chǎn)線，由兩臺(tái)PE600×900顎破、兩臺(tái)HPT300圓錐破、一臺(tái)5X1145制砂機(jī)、三臺(tái)2460振動(dòng)篩和一臺(tái)3016洗砂機(jī)構(gòu)成，生產(chǎn)線自投產(chǎn)以來(lái)運(yùn)行良好，有效保障了客戶的產(chǎn)出與供應(yīng)。而HPT系列圓錐破作為二級(jí)破碎設(shè)備，同時(shí)也是該生產(chǎn)線的主要設(shè)備之一，自投產(chǎn)以來(lái)成績(jī)不俗，有了客戶的很大認(rèn)可。
HPT液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)結(jié)合中國(guó)金屬材料性能而設(shè)計(jì)的一款高性能破碎機(jī)，主要用于金屬礦山、建筑砂石加工中的二段破碎和三段破碎環(huán)節(jié)，因其破碎能力強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)量大，更多的被用于中硬物料的破碎。

HPT使用全液壓操控，設(shè)備從保險(xiǎn)清腔到調(diào)整及鎖緊，全部采用液壓操作，工作更穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便，減少了停機(jī)時(shí)間，同時(shí)還可以實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化操作。

HPT利用層壓破碎原理對(duì)物料進(jìn)行破碎，通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)備和腔型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，提高了高壓層破碎效率，易損件磨耗低，成品粒型呈立方體，細(xì)粒級(jí)含量高，提升了成品質(zhì)量，降低了設(shè)備和整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)成本。
· 一機(jī)多用 腔型轉(zhuǎn)換靈活
HPT配置了中碎和細(xì)碎腔型，僅需更換相應(yīng)腔型襯板等少量零件，便可在腔型之間轉(zhuǎn)換，滿足中碎和細(xì)碎工藝需求，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一機(jī)多用，破碎沖程、破碎速度和破碎腔形的組合, 比傳統(tǒng)圓錐破產(chǎn)量高35%-60%。
